Once finishing the dress we had to do a photoshoot of our dresses. I wanted someone who portrayed a simple look so my dress would be the centre of attention. I also wanted to keep the makeup simple, again to make sure the model didn’t over power the dress.
Setting the scene was the most important part as I wanted to pick a place where there was bright lighting to enhance the dress. I decided to go with the staircase as there was a clear corridor with bright lighting which meant the dress would be seen well.
Taking the photos myself was bit of a challenge but I feel as though the photoshoot turned out well.
